How and when will my order be delivered?

All our artwork orders will be sent out between 1-3 working days unless otherwise specified. We cannot guarantee next day delivery in circumstances beyond our control, especially during these times.
 But we’ll do the best we can! If you have specific delivery requirements please get in touch here.

Deliveries are sent out generally on the day of purchase if it’s a working day. Your artwork will be sent out rolled in a tube or box for large prints, or in a cardboard backed envelope for A4/A3 sizes.

What are the delivery charges?

The standard shipping charges for small/large prints are:
France: €5/€7
Rest of Europe including the UK: €10.50/€15
North America: €10.50/€27

Are you able to deliver internationally?

Yes, please get in touch here 
to enquire about an international delivery if it is outside Europe and North America.

Returns Policy

Should you be unsatisfied in any way with your purchase or gift please contact us.

 You are entitled to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. We must be advised by email to me@karyfisher.com prior to you returning any items and you must arrange for your own return of the goods. The goods must be returned in a satisfactory condition. Returned orders will be refunded in full upon receipt of returned goods.

Framing

I would wholeheartedly recommend getting a framer to provide you with a bespoke frame and mount option to suit you and your home/office/space. However sometimes you need a more economical option! If you’d like a recommendation for a frame size, where you could buy one or if I know of a good framer in your area
